About The Bosa Properties Foundation
The Bosa Properties Foundation was born of the idea that a new building can have a profound effect on its’ local community. After all, it’s really people who make a community. And, within each community there are distinct characteristics and distinct needs. It’s the direct needs of the individual communities in which Bosa Properties builds that the Foundation seeks to help address. So, we’ve made a commitment to contribute a portion of the profits from each project we build back to the community that we build in, so the footprint that our buildings make is not only of architectural significance, but also of charitable significance. And, because a community’s needs will be unique from one situation to the next, we will consider how we can best contribute on a case-by-case, community-by-community basis. What’s more, our homeowners from each of our buildings will provide direction on how these funds are to be distributed from their project. After all, it is because of our homeowners that we’re able to make these donations possible, and we’d like the organizations and individuals who receive these funds to be a reflection of the personality of our home owners.
