Bosa Properties sells the majority of our homes well in advance of construction completion, which means that a considerable amount of time can transpire between the time you purchase your new home and the time you actually take possession. If you’ve not purchased a home during the pre-construction phase, or if you’ve bought from another developer and wonder what makes us so different, the following will give you a better understanding of the Bosa Properties’ difference and what to expect.
Our Project Teams Are Here to Help
You might think that the sole objective of our Discovery Centre staff is to sell new homes. Their primary mandate however, is to actually assist our homebuyers and the public during the construction process. Simply put, our true service begins when we sell a new home, ensuring that homeowners’ feel comfortable dropping by for a coffee, calling us to locate contracts, documents, or getting assistance with some customization of their new home.
Sometimes however, during construction it is not possible to maintain a presence on-site with a Discovery Centre. In this event, we always have a dedicated team in our head office led by our Corporate Sales Administrator, Tina Derewinkin to help with any enquiries you have. We’re on time
While we experience natural fluctuations in the labour market and in the supply of materials that unavoidably affect the construction timelines for our projects, we have an industry-leading record of building our communities in line with our original time estimates. And should an unforeseen event affect our construction schedule, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates.

We always provide our new homeowners with the opportunity to conduct a pre-occupancy inspection of your home to ensure that any unlikely construction deficiencies are found and can be taken care of before you move-in. We take this additional step in the construction process very seriously, as this is our opportunity to show you firsthand the care and attention that has gone into the construction of your new home.
